Jennifer Hudson Album Cover

J-Hud, also known as Jennifer Hudson has released her album cover for her highly anticipated debut album. The 26 year old rose to fame after being seen on season three of American Idol. She didn't win it all, she actually placed seventh. After being booted off the show back in April of 2004, she auditioned and got the part of "Effie White" in the hit movie Dreamgirls, starring Beyonce Knowles, Eddie Murphy and Jamie Foxx. Since the movie's release, she has won an Academy Award, a Golden Globe, a NAACP Award, a BET Award and much more. Jennifer Hudson was the first African American singer to grace the cover of Vogue Magazine and it seems like there's nothing she can't do. The lead single to her debut album is called "Spotlight" so be on the look out for that. The album is self-titled and hits stores nation wide September 30th. Feelin' the cover?

I guess the cover is okay. Nothing really bad to say about it. I'm not excited for this album nor do i care for it.

The cover is good. Not the best, but it's not bad. I hope the album is good and has some soulful R&B tracks from Jennifer.

L.O.V.E. Jen....but let's face it this cover has been airbrushed quite a bit. I mean I'm finding it hard to believe that she got her waistline down to where it is in that pic without any help(Girdle-wise or Airbrush-wise). Sure she's been slimming down, I'll admit. But you can't loose enough weight to make your waist look like that from where she came from and nothing much happens to your arms...which are still looking rather "Mommy"-ish. Still love her though, and theirs nothing wrong with a lil illusion and fantasy when it comes to album artwork...let's just try to keep it in context, shall we? lol.
